Saying No is important. I’ll demonstrate that now.

I was going to write this week about the importance of learning to say no. Of how sometimes it’s necessary to release things, to refuse things, to let someone else have a turn. To say no so that you can create space for a yes.

Instead, I’m going to demonstrate. By saying no to writing a long, thoughtful blog post, so that I can say yes to time with my family.
